The Park is situated at Gorslas Village, which is approximately 4 miles from the west end of the M4 motorway, 1/2 mile from the Cross Hands roundabout.

Winners of a David Bellamy Gold Award for conservation, Black Lion Caravan and Camping Park provides a refuge for wildlife and is home to many different wild flowers, ferns and trees.

Well thought-out environmentally friendly intentions, helps not only the plants but provides a good habitat for a large variety of birds large and small. This is also Kite country and they can be seen at times circling the sky, Buzzards and Hawks are frequent visitors. Llyn Llech Owain is just down the road. There are also rabbits and foxes and many smaller animals, living on our 12 acre site and many different butterflies attracted to the buddleia.

The pond and lake are home for all sorts of wild life, from Dragon flies to sticklebacks and water skaters. At night you can see Bats and moths as well as the stars in the nightsky which is affected by very little light pollution.
